EXPERTS:
What processes are involved in this recipe?
The magic number you have to stir it is 12 because if you stir it too much it will become hard.
How can you tell its cooked ? You can tell when you put a skewer in it if its cooked or not and if you put your hand on top of it,it will bounce up.
What was your best moment during the practical and why?
My best moment was when we got our muffins in the oven and got them perfectly cooked
What happened to cause a change in your thinking? E.g tasting a food you thought you disliked, doing something you didn't want to do.
I got to taste it and while preparing it, it seemed like it will taste good.
