Lion-hearts of the pacific.

In maths were are doing a project on the lion-hearts of the pacific which is the about the Polynesian navigators and how they travelled through the pacific and how they found the islands and most navigators are from Hawaii. also the boat they used was called the hokulea we are also going to build it.

we are starting to start work on how they got through the pacific and how they found about one thousand islands in the pacific. we are also trying to figure out how long it took to find each island how they survived through it.

Throughout the years archaeologist discovered that the Polynesian navigators are one of the best navigators ever known which they tried to to figure out how long it took them to find island and how they worked out where they went and how they managed to get to south america which they ended up leaving chickens there and left with sweet potato {kumara} from where it was originated.
